My models are made from custom cutouts of rigid foam board colored and patterened to your design. Arrangements of kitchen cabinets, walls, trimming, even floor patterns and some wall papers are applied. Some of my models even have sized wall paintings placed on specific walls.
Depending on your home size and level of detail you request is how I determine my cost to you. If you have cad Drawings that can be easily emailed or a copy of you floor plans is also a factor. I can only work from whatever you send me.
I do have a multitude of proven home designs if you are building a new home which can be easily modeled to your specs.
